Working from home can be very appealing at first but could be a little tricky at the same time. Although we are home, we need to establish rules and routines to keep track of the work we are doing without being distracted.

Some tips to help us:

It is essential to have the equipment to keep a good posture.

3. Or ditch the chair altogether.

4. Get up every hour and get out at least once a day.
If you are sitting almost all day, you need to move q. hour as often as you wish and stretch as well and walk.

5. Set a schedule and stick to it.

6. Schedule workouts.
During the day, you can do some workouts at home or at the gym doing what’s convenient for you.

I think that it helps us to be working in a positive environment, decor, and like-minded people.

9. Maintain a healthy work-life balance by logging your time and setting limits with you and the family members if needed.

10. Keep the kitchen stocked with healthy snacks and meals.
Having some food ready can help you be more efficient without losing time.

In the end, we find the best way to run our business with efficacity.
