We do some exercises but I know for myself I neglect my cardio which is very important. The heart is a muscle If you don’t use it, It loses his efficacity so It is essential for a good health.

 The more you exercise you increase your heart rate and breathing, therefore, you built your endurance, and oxygenate the blood.

 There are few examples of cardio that you can integrate into your lifestyle.

  • Running or jogging
  • Biking
  • Swimming
  • Brisk walking
  • Badminton or tennis
  • Volleyball ( inside or outside )

 We can do these activities alone or with a partner, engaging in social interaction with others. The American Heart Association recommends getting 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise 5- 7 times a week.

But you can arrange your schedule in 10 – 15-minute time frame session during the day or the week. It is up to you according to your condition, and availability.

To conclude, no matter what exercise you choose, to do it alone or with family, and friends as long as you get moving and enjoy what you do to stay healthy, it is the key.
