They are 10 reasons why we should eat avocado every day or a few times a week if we prefer; it is up to us to decide what we want to eat according to our body system.

2. Avocados are very high in potassium, promoting healthy blood pressure levels.
3. Avocados and avocado oils are high in monounsaturated oleic acid, a heart-healthy fatty acid.
4. Avocados are loaded with fibre that can significantly benefit weight loss and metabolic health.
5. Eating avocados can lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels.
6. The fat in avocados helps you absorb nutrients from plant foods. 

7. Avocados are high in antioxidants Lutein and Zeaxanthin, which are essential for eye health and lower the risk of macular degeneration and cataracts.
8. Avocados may also help prevent prostate cancer and lower the side effects of chemotherapy in some cells.
9. The avocado extract may help relieve symptoms of arthritis.
10. Avocados are incredibly delicious and go with all sorts of foods. You can just eat them plain, add them to salads and various kinds of a recipe.

Chicken Avocado Boats

2 avocados
2 grilled chicken breasts- cooked, shredded into small pieces
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp thyme
3 tbsp cilantro
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1 Tomato, small, diced
1 tsp olive oil.

Cut avocados lengthwise and remove the pit. Scoop out the avocado to create a cavity. 
Lightly brush the avocado with olive oil to prevent browning.

Mix shredded chicken, onions, tomatoes, herbs, garlic powder, spices, and lemon juice in a bowl. 

Adjust the lemon juice and spices to taste. Fill the chicken mixture in the avocado boat.
