I like to try some new shake recipes with different flavors and you can add whatever vegetables, fruits available on seasons and don’t forget to personalize it if you want.

This is a recipe from Naturally Shaklee which I love!


2 scoops of spice pumpkin shake  or ( anyone you have in hand )

8 oz. milk of choice

½  frozen banana

½ cup canned or fresh pumpkin

½ Tsp. nutmeg

1 pinch ground ginger

1 Tsp. cinnamon


Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until creamy.

Whip cream is optional on top!

Enjoy your day with a tasty shake!
