I love to try new dips that I can use in different dishes, but I also like to add my own touch, and so can you.


3 Roasted Red Peppers with seeds removed
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. pomegranate molasses
1 Tbsp. chilli flakes
1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1 small garlic clove peeled and crushed
1/2 cup walnuts
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
2 Tbsp. olive oil
Salt to taste


Combine ingredients in a food processor until slightly chunky or smooth (depending on preference.) Enjoy with Pita bread
